This 6th Annual Central Valley Latino Conference is a statewide two-day gathering of Latinos who are fellow therapists, counselors, social workers, educators, administrators, and community workers in the community. Themes of the conference are to celebrate freedom, promote healing, acknowledge resiliency and enable social justice.
Our Keynote Speakers are Sal Núñez, Ph.D., MFT, professor at City College of San Francisco, the Developer of The Medicinal Drumming Praxis © best practice as a healing methodology and Vera Lopez, PhD Assoc. Professor, Arizona State University, a Prominent researcher on adolescent delinquency, sexual risk taking, substance use, and prevention for girls.
